Details appear in the format "Aug 8, 5nts (£430 / £310)". This is the price for the exclusive use of the property, including any taxes, for the whole period specified. The first figure is for full occupancy and the second figure (if given) is a discounted price available for occupancy by just one or two people. If you wish to stay for a shorter period (say, 2 nts?) you should ask for a quotation.
